About Us

Andrew Blair previously served as President and CEO of Colonial Parking for 25 years of a 39-year career at Colonial. He has built experience in corporate management and governance of family businesses in the parking, real estate, and services industries.

As CEO, Andrew oversaw all aspects of operations and corporate support (accounting, auditing, marketing, legal, human resources) as well as consultation with clients on design, operations, and technology solutions. 

Andrew takes active leadership roles in numerous municipal, community, and professional organizations, including current service as Board Chair of Safe Kids Worldwide and the Metro Washington Advisory Board of Team IMPACT  and past experiences as Chair of the Board of Children's National Hospital Foundation, Chairman of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, and Chairman of the National Parking Association. He currently serves on the Corporate Advisory Council and Foundation Advisory Board for Children's National Hospital, the National Advisory Board for the Jefferson Scholars Foundation at the University of Virginia and Managing Trustee of the St. Paul’s Church Cemetery.
